Horrible service. Unreliable and not trustworthy. Lies about maids and also don’t provide timely services. Tries to earn extra money in need from customers. Very rude owners. Lack communication. Not available in need. Does not take responsibility of the maids provided by them. Lie and blackmails customers. Does not meet their contractual obligations.

This is the biggest scam you can ever get into! Jyoti, the two faced lady who runs this, is a big manipulator. She talks very sweetly till she dumps with you an unprofessional lady to care for my infant. The lady assigned to me was extremely unprofessional and just wouldn’t take instructions from me. Jyoti doesn’t leave you with much of a choice to select from and rather dumps a person. Sent a replacement who left in a week’s time saying she cannot do the assigned work. She charged 41000 for a whole year contract and both these ladies left within a span of 2 months. Jyoti has no business ethics and my money is still stuck with her and she doesn’t have the ethics or the courtesy to at least partly repay the money. Please don’t ever get into business with her.

Maid left for her wedding post working for 4 months. Following up with agency for replacement. Been more than 3 months, still they haven given the replacement.

Worst Agncy i have come across till date. Do not provide refunds and send inexperienced nannies. The owner Jyoti is so rude and puts her hand up once the trial period of five days is over. I took her service for 2 months even though i paid for the entire year which is 25000. The first nanny she sent was terrible she did not know how to put the baby to bed/burp the baby, i got rid of her in 3 days and then the other nanny was sent. Until her trial period of 5 days she was all fine and once i confirmed her all the issues started. With food, her stay and doing babys work. She did not want to sterilise and wanted me to use disposable diapers only so that she didnt have to wash it. All the two months she was with us she never stopped coughing, my baby eventually also started coughing which has yet not gone even though its been a month and half since i removed her. The reason why we removed her was cause she said her brother was a TB patient. Ths showed they do not do proper background chck

Sai house maid service is fraud. After making payment, they do not respond to calls. The maid number that they provided is also fraud. It does not get connected to the maid. This is only loot for customers. They take advantage of customers as we are in need of maids. Sulekha please report this service. Remove them from your list. They are cheating customers.

This is fraud company...took my money after that no response from them. And incorrect maid number has given. I have reported to police also. Sulekha pls do not entertain such company as people give there money. Sulekha request you to kindly remove them from your list.
