Avoid This Company at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst nanny service I have ever encountered. From the start, the person claims to be the owner, Parameshwar Patil was completely unprofessional—poor communication, late responses, and a total lack of organization. He charges 25k + travel expenses of the nanny as fee and will be nice only until you send the money. The nanny they sent was unreliable and She was constantly on her phone, she was there only for a month and cooked up a nonsense story just to goaway. This guy Parameshwar sent another nanny who has no idea what she was doing. Completely untrained and doesnt know how to take care of the baby. To make matters worse, when I called Parameshwar, he was dismissive and rude, refusing to take any responsibility. He stopped responding to calls or messages and switches off his phone. They didn’t offer a refund or a replacement. It’s clear they prioritize profit over the well-being of children.

Fraudulent and Unprofessional – Beware! This company is an absolute scam. They took the full payment upfront, making false promises about providing a trained babysitter. However, their so-called "service" was a complete sham. When I demanded a refund due to their failure to deliver as promised, they initially agreed but have since ignored all calls and messages. They have repeatedly given false refund dates only to go silent when followed up. This is clear evidence of their fraudulent intent and unprofessional conduct. If they do not honor their own commitment and process the refund by January 31, 2025, end of the day, I will have no choice but to file a police complaint and take legal action. I strongly warn others—do NOT trust this company! Save yourself from the harassment and financial loss.

Hi, they promised us domestic help. I followed up multiple times (because we were shifting houses and my Mom from Delhi to Hyderabad) and they confirmed the joining date and time. On the day when we finally came into Hyderabad, they said they will bring the Help the following day and that they were delayed. After that they dint answer our calls and dint say anything either. Parmeshwar, the coordinator we were speaking with, lied to us about timelines and the help joining. They left us in such a difficult position. They are NOT trustworthy at all! Do NOT trust this service at all! They are LIARS.

Hi everyone, I want to warn you about this company—it’s a fraud. I interacted with two representatives: Mr. Parmeshwar, who was my main contact, and Ms. Priyanka, an employee. They visited my home with suitable candidates for the Japa service and even shared Aadhaar card details for these candidates. They claimed that Udhavi Facility is a sister company of Bharat Maid Service, which is supposed to operate pan-India. They requested an advance payment as part of the contract. However, after I made the payment, no Japa candidate came to our home. Both Mr. Parmeshwar and Ms. Priyanka have stopped responding to my calls.
