Very unprofessional service... Don't answer calls Took money in advance and didn't send caretaker replacement... They don't care at all

Took off the registration charges & sent unprofessional staff who wasn’t willing to work and betrayed from my home, I asked them to replace the staff or return my registration fee, they blocked my calls & never received my calls! Unprofessional & bad behaviour, bad service

Please be careful, This seems to be a fake agency, they called and for finding the person wanted 1000 rupees advance, to test, i paid and they are not even answering the call after this. I called from another number and they picked and they are simple telling stories that they ll bring the maid by the afternoon. It all seemed like a lie and i am calling back and asked for owner s number, they did not send me any number.

Lingaraju is a the greatest fraud you will ever come across. You can pay him the advance for their services but he will never refund that amount. The business runs of looting customers' money so please avoid taking their services. I have been following up with him to refund the amount for past 3 months but he would not pick up calls, switch off his phone, then make false promises of refunding the money which he is never able to meet. I have unfortunately gotten into this but thought of letting even the portals like sulekha and indiamart know that he is a fraud and should delist this company from their platforms.

Great Frauds! These guys are experts in writing self reviews, 100% reviews you find below are self rated. I don't understand one thing, why don't they request the clients to put the reviews! I suggest these guys to work honestly and request for reviews instead of writing fake reviews in the name of whosoever they find. Very funny & Openly cheating. You can find one more 5 star review below in my name if you check. Its not posted by me for god sake. These guys can even put the Self rated reviews in the name of some international celebrities very soon. They have already covered many local hospitals and home care agencies as well. Just beware of someone like this, who instead improving the quality, they put their entire time and talent in placing the self rated reviews to fool the people around.

I had hired a maid from them I am really happy with the service while in starting till the maid gets adjust it is quite difficult once adjusted there will not be issue

Their maids leave every 2 months. You end up paying advance commission. Maids lie, don't give any notice. Even though I made payments online and showed proof of it to the agency, they chose to rely on maids words. Ended up losing 8 months of advance commission and gained extra stress. Better to buy a dishwasher and a robot vaccum cleaner which I did Much cheaper and hassle free than 15k salary and unprofessional behaviour of maids and such agencies.
