Very bad services. I contacted and he didn't contact back, even after telling he will provide the details. I wasted my 3-4 days thinking he will call or provide profiles. I was in urgent need of services. No response.

This is a good agency. Owner Mrs. Gunjal is a realiable person which is hard to find in with maid agency these days. We got a trained maid but had to discontinue their services as maid had to leave for her hometown within 2 months and we did not get a satisfactory replacement but good part is he never stopped picking up the phone and gave us replacemnt.

Horrible experience with this service. They are here just to loot people. We contacted them for a caretaker for my grandfather. They took 28,500 from us and promised us that after deducting their commission, they will pay the caretaker 22,000. This young boy served my grandfather for 15 days and unfortunately my grandfather passed away. These people just paid him 12,600 and told us they have given him the entire amount. SHAMEFUL!! When I contacted them and told them I will lodge a complaint, he further gave him 4,400 (total 17,000). When I asked himt o give the caretaker the entire promised amount, he told me I can do whatever I want, he will not give him any more money. Basically, this poor guy served my grandfather and did not get what he was due. Moreover, they lied to us that they will be giving him 22,000 and kept 11,000 for themselves. Absolute thief people. I am going to file an FIR against this. They have made a mockery out of people's emotions and medical needs. BEWARE!!

My sister is handicapped she can't move much. I needed a maid who would take care of my sister and my house. She does all help whatever I wanted. It's been 8 months today she has been working with me. I have nothing to complain about. The only problem is that she sometimes takes a leave. The rest of the service is good. Vaishnavi bureau offers better service than any other Bureau in the market. Gives you the Maid, you want. Provides replacement without complaint.
