Wish I could give a -1 but there is no such rating . I ordered a screen online and here's my ordeal.when I called you and mentioned the model number there was no advice that the screen won't work with the model I was looking for and the guy did not even mention there's no return and when I took the screen to service the guy tells me that won't work my laptop model and also the screen is not even worth 4K . When my husband called they say that they mentioned there's no return policy either now am out of 6k and still a broken laptop .. sucks . Won't recommend any online buy from this store .
