Very good trainer , rajeev shakya has helped me in losing weight and also gaining muscle at the same time , my major prblm comes that i am a vegetarian and i was always confused while designing my diet plans where i couldn't meet my daily requirement but then i found rajeev sir , who developed training and diet program for me and there i started to see positive changes in myself , thank you sir .

I am a girl and when it comes upon going to gym lifting weights , people judge you differently , but when i met Rajeev shakya regarding gaining muscles workout programme , i felt confident that yes a girl can lift weight and see major changes in herself , earlier i use to be very lean but after taking training from sir , i noticed changes in myself , today is the day when i love to go gym lift heavy and train under the guidance of rajeev sir . If anyone is looking forward to see some real progress in him/her then you must contact sir & i am sure you will love the way he train people professionally .

Earlier i was very lean and then i took training from sir , he helped me in gaining mass beside that he has great knowledge and during my journey of transformation whenever i use to feel low about myself he use to motivate me and sir helped me not only in providing me training but treated me as if i am a family member , so i personally recommend everyone to opt him for personal training also what's best is you find a trainer , a motivator , a brother & reasonable price .
