My name is Sunil Lall, Annuity policy number . Sent my life existence certificate post July 2023 till Jan 2024 . The annuity payment for last seven months not paid and no response from Kic Vile Parle. Every time they expect us to reach their office in person . Very disgusting. Also sent the life certificate by speed post but no response. I do not know what next I have to do to avail my annuity payment monthly - need help .

Very poor customer service. My experience is in respect of Claims processing. You dial the numbers given by the company, nobody will respond even after you wait for 15 long minutes. If you are lucky, some agent may answer the call. On 4 out of 5 occasions, the agent will not be able to solve your query. You send them mails. Even after after 3 reminder mails, you will not get a resolution to your query. Even worse, I asked for the email id of the Head of the Claims Department, Western Zone and sent a mail expressing my displeasure at their service. No response from this person too even after sending a reminder mail. Overall, it is a bad experience. Gayatrikumar Hariharan (Policy servicing branch is Mumbai). I live in Bengaluru.

company suc*s because you will never get any SMS or MESSAGE from company regarding RENEWAL. on top of that there is no CONTACT details to get proper information as well since from 6 days i m trying to RENEW my policy but no proper contact or address. guys believe me ( there is no proper MAI-BAAP) who can help you to do things comfortably. so from today i m going to NEW DIFFERENT POICY . If i m getting so much of problem now just imagine what will happen when i will be in need of insurance. so my side BIG NO NO NO to ORIENTIAL

Worst experience ever at this branch, they just want to hold on to your own money. They will have thousand excuses to not give you your money back but will scam you to take your money. being a private services provider i had an experience of government office where they give you run around. Greedy people too bad for ICICI brand. As an NRI, I will not suggest anyone from abroad to deal with this institution.
