Told he can fake service by duplicating parts, this was his response when asked for reduction in service charge. Worthless people.

Totally unprofessional. These people doesn't know how to fit geyser back once dismantled. Started shouting for a higher service charge of Rs. 600 though the fitting was incorrect and unprofessional behaviour as well. Don't go by reviews here, it was hell with these guys. Go to authorised service centres, these guys are fake.
