Through this manpower agency, I received Patient care services. I have taken the Elderly care service for a male. I paid 300 for two to three hours only for one day. The maid did the service without any issue. I am cheerful with their service they provided.

Third class company,.Dont go through there sweetness of talking. The staff n caretaker workless not punctual, unpolitiely behaviour. First they are committing will send the staff n they our caretaker can't handle the patient. Why this company s running if they don't handle d patient properly. Cheating n liars r working n this company. Co-ordinators n staff is big liars.

If you love gambling, "PHENIXCARE" will be the one stop solution for you. Gambling with the lives of your near & dear ones.This Company does not even deserve 1 star rating, I could not find negative ratings hence reluctantly put 1 rating.For this Company, manpower supply is like trading vegetables in the market. They does not bother of any commitments, emotions but whoever will throw money to them they are ready licking their feet.We started to avail their services since mid of February 2018. Hardly 1 month gone & baby sitter gone on 1 month leave. We were promised of replacements which was however never provided. We kept following with the staffs but all in vain with false promises.In 2 months we get intimated that their charges have been increased. On questioning there should be some time frame for revision in pricing. This Company do not understand that here actually humans get related which cannot be traded like "Gajar/Muli" in the market.Think twice or I would suggest don't think

Don't rely this agency. They do fake commitments. I have suffered big problem due to their services and costing. We hired a caretaker for my 3years old baby. First 2montht was ok but then they asked for higher rate which is more than 40% and that too without any prior information. They just wait for the right time when they will demand you higher rate. They will surly apply the same policy with you. Initially they will commit you big big things but once u come in contract then they will show their real face. This company has no ethics. Please be aware while making any contract with them.
