Hello Friends,<br/><br/>Pioneer Property management Ltd is not to be trusted. It is is a very cheap standard, zero ethics and spoiled morale brokering company. Their only motto is to trap you with false information and collect the money on behalf of the Developers. They do not care if the developers are not loyal or if they cheat you. Once money is taken, you will never again see their faces. They will definitely misguide you and do not expect any true guidance from them. <br/>I have taken a flat in SGIL Gardenia (near Narendrapur, Kolkata) and they have not handed over after 1.5 year of delay. when I tried cancelling my flat, JOY DUTTA (Director in Pioneer) advised the developer to delay the refund in front of me by taking the developer’s side. <br/>I have not yet got my money back and I have lodged a case against them. So please do not trust Pioneer or any of their associates. But Pioneer or any other brokering company is a Big NO. They are all same. <br/>It is your hard earned money. It is your Choic
