Platinum Services

I got a poor service from "Platinum Services which is located at Chirag Dilli in Gurgaon city". I contacted them for LED TV repair of Toshiba brand, got an issue on the display which was a colour change to black. They have done with the service but after the repair again I got an issue of the display problem which was a colour change of red no picture is found on my TV and again I contact them for the issue but there is no response from them. They have charged Rs 5000 for this service, which is a waste of money.

The excellent service got it from this Platinum Services, Chirag Dilli, Gurgaon. My specific requirement is needed an alignment service for 32 inches Sony Bravia Brand tv so contacted them. The technician came on the time and did the service within 1 hour. Charmed me Rs 200 only for visiting charges for service. I am satisfied with their service and response.

There was a noise problem in my washing machine and i got service done through The Platinum Services. The service was good . Now the washing machine working nice.
