I booked Poonam Packers and Movers by paying 500 Rs as token advance on Sunday afternoon. Then my plan to shift got cancelled by same day evening and when I reached out to this Packers and Movers, they said that their office is closed as it is Sunday and asked me to call on Monday. It was unprofessional to accept money on Sunday but not refund it. On Monday as well, I called numerous time and nobody picked it up. Then I sent messages in Whatsapp and he responded that he cannot refund as it is already invested and in future if I need any Packing and Moving services he will conduct that. This is truly unprofessional. Dont book their services and never ever pay any money to these cheats. I also read other reviews and many indicate the same. Complete Cheaters & Unprofessional Services

*****BEWARE OF THIS MOVERS AND PACKERS.They are very unprofessional and tells lie on your face.I sent my Jupiter scooter(Reg no.HR-26-CD-0656), on 3rd Apr 2017 from Pune however till today (9th Apr 2017) I didn't receive it in Bangalore.I provided them address 5-6 times orally and written(Through SMS) however they couldn't reach to my destination telling they aren't able to reach a four star hotel-Sai vishram in bommasandra industrial area.They were telling me to come to their convenient place to save their cost.As I was new to the place,I didn't go there. Moreover, this company's contact person-Sandeep Kumar is provoking me by telling 'when you are coming to collect your scooter from our Yashwantpur shop'. FYI..Yashwantpur is 25 km away from electronic city.I am filing a FIR and consumer forum case against this company as I didn't receive my scooter.Request you all to avoid this unprofessional packers and movers.*****BEWARE OF THIS MOVERS AND PACKERS.

Poonam Packers gave a smooth relocation from Marathahalli to Mahadevpura . nearly 5 men came for loading and unloading of our household goods. 4500Rs was a worthy bill for the move they have given
