Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

I got referred to Deepak by a good friend. I had some work related to a sale. After few initial phone calls we agreed on the verbal agreement on certain amount and that he will take care of fillings. Even though after a long process i did get it but few things i absolutely did not like about Deepak in the whole process are 1) Very casual behavior: For the application we received multiple clarifications with 7 day deadline. After repeated poking He would look in the documents requested and would be me know on 5th day what he needs from me. Process will be relatively very smooth if he does it early and give me time to gather documents. 2) Not at all diligent: When clarifications got tedious he would just try avoid me or suggest me to take illegal route. This is very unprofessional. He should show more deligence towards his work and some professional behavior. Client should not be the one running behind him. Not recommended for time critical work. I hope he does better with others
