We engaged YMIH and Vamsi Danthuluri for managing a property. Very poor service. Blatently ignores messages and calls. And was very selective about receiving calls or replying to messages. In the beginning, he seems to be accessible but only when you are transferring money and there is nothing to be done. As you hand over tasks, he is largely not capable of carrying them out. Was not reachable most of the time. Limited bandwidth in dealing with situations. Vamsi was not able to recover rent for a single month or to conduct any maintenance work or even take pictures of the property. For any problem he just kept on bringing more problems. Apart from having a sketchy website, he does not really have a company as all money transaction happens to his personal account. Transacted with him for several months. Seems to be a one man show. He says they have a large operation but I really doubt it. He does not have any area managers etc he may proclaim to have. Somebody dies in his family every month. In my short tenure with him, his uncle and his grandmother died, and he was missing from the scene much of the time. Avoid this company.

Bunch of crooks. Don't ever get into business with these people. We rented a flat from them and when we vacated, they didn't return us our security money, they stopped taking our calls and responding to our messages. Specifically beware of Mr. Krishnam Raju, he was the one we were in contact with.
