Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

On 26th April 2024 they sent a service personnel to install an AC on 3rd floor, which they did successfully but upon repeated request they did not seal the wall hole with white cement or any other packing material from inside the room, which is located behind the indoor unit. Later on, I discovered that, birds are making nest and rubbish is entering inside the room through that hole. Today, 7th May, when I called them to check why a noise is coming from the split unit (noise of making nest and bird's chirp), they asked me to pay service charge otherwise they will not even open the indoor unit to check. They keep urguing stating the point that the AC is working fine, ignoring the point that they did not seal the hole inspite of repeated request on first place. They also stated that the indoor unit cannot be opened now as the water will spill inside and when I told that that responsibility is mine then they started giving lots of excuses but did not open the indoor unit to fix it.
