Raayal's The Dryclean Shop Indirapuram Ghaziabad

i had a very bad experience with these drycleaners. I gave a top worth 2500 for drycleaning after using once or twice for the first time in drycleaning at rayal drycleaners and when i received it back i noticed that the colors of the print on the top has been faded completely and when i complained to the owner she told me that there is no fault in drycleaning and this is the manufacturing defect and hence you better complaint to the shop from where i have bought it and drycleaner has nothing to do with it. despite of several reminders she didnt even bother to respond for the same though i have been a regular customer at her shop. This is really sad that she is ignoring and imposing the fault of her workers on us. I being an advocate shall be proceeding legally as despite of reminding that i may go legally she didnt bother to respond. She might be thinking that for a mere amount of 2500 nobody will go to court but it is about right & wrong as she is doing wrong and not admitting
