Service Not Up to the Mark!

The guy who visited for installation was very knowlwdgeble and well experienced in handling the things and he is friendly and well behaved. Did the job at most of my satisfaction. Communication 5/5 responsiveness 5/5 good price 5/5 ontime services 5/5 Service Quality 5/5

Very pathetic service and unprofessional. My water filter has overflow issue and the technician replaced sediment filter, pre carbon filter and some other part which in total cost me Rs 2000 and then the technician left and told me he will come back after some time as it would take some time to full the tank. But it didn't resolve this issue and I tried for next 2 days to contact him but he didn't replay. On 3rd day another technician came and replaced the membrane which cost me more 2000 and he left. But still the issue is there. On 4th day a new technician came 2 times but he failed to fix this issue. After 4th attempt I have not tried to contact them as I think they don't have expertise to fix this issue. I didn't get anything after spending Rs 4000 and still my filter has the same issue. They don't deserve a single star. They don't respect customer hard earning money and leave you in middle without fixing the issue.

Highly unprofessional behaviour...there technicians don't know what problem it with my purifier and given unnecessary advice to change membrane and candle. When I refused to change then he found some other reason for purifier not working and then put some manual part. When I realised it is not proper for purifier he asked he will return my money but there is no response neither from area manager. After multiple calls he switched off his phone Beware don't by any product or take services from them
