Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I had a very bad experience with the packers and movers services I used. I would not recommend going with Rainbow Packers and Movers. The owner's name is Ratan Srivastav. See the attached screenshot, he doesn't respond to my messages.

I took service from "Rainbow Packers & Movers, Electronic City" to shift my household items within 4.5 km distance in Bangalore. They took 8 hours (3 pm to 10 pm) to complete the service by taking 3 trips. Because the manpower(3 People) and Small Truck were not sufficient. The packing was OK. They did safe and secure transportation and they completed the service with committed cost.

I am glad to make loading and unloading services in Rainbow Packers & Movers from Electronic City, Bangalore, They really help me for relocating my household items safely. Just 2 workers only came for service and they have done the load with perfect packing and delivered at the new address within a 3 hours. And they are charged for Rs.3000 for finished, complete work. I am happy with the service.

I have shifted my house from Vijaya bank layout Bangalore to Kadugodi, Bangalore, through Rainbow Packers & Movers Electronic city, they have sent 2 people to load and unload and have taken 4 hours to complete the job and have charged me Rs.2500 for the same, their service and response is very good

Middling to get a service from this Rainbow Packers & Movers, Electronic City, To shift my Household items from this packer and movers within city Bangalore,They charged me 5200, Their packing my goods was not properly and they theft some things, They way of response and service was ok, So I feel average their service.

sir, so many times trying to reach you..you r nt receiving the call...if any issue was there, you should call to office...
