Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Raj package and movers service is to good and boys so co-operative

Recebtly booked Raj Packers and Movers for shifting . They have done damage to the articles like Air conditioner, Dressing table, Wooden temple etc...Please don't book them for shifting. They don't have professionally trained labours. Worst experience ??

I am really unhappy with the service of so called RPM (Raj Packers and Movers Ghaziabad), I booked this guy for shifting my household goods from Delhi to Bangalore and when I received my goods most of the items are broken (Almira, Freezer, podium and so on). When I contacted Mr. Raj I didn't get any support and finally he is saying insurance company are not replying to him and stop updating me. I end up with discarding my Almira, podium and other goods and spent around 5k to fix my freezer. My humble request to everyone that please don't consider this sheet RPM better you look for somebody else. There is no provision to upload images otherwise you would have get to know the real picture of their shifting process. I would say they are just bunch of joker nothing else. Intention of delivery guys are always to get the tips they don?t bother about you goods.
