After doing her diploma in cosmetology from women's polytechnic (a reputed institute in Delhi run by board of technical education) in 1986, she got experience in the field of beauty & hair by working as a consultant in various salons. In year 1989, she established institution and since then there has been no looking back. While running her salon, she kept pursuing further studies and was awarded many diplomas and degrees in beauty, health & hair field.Some of her qualifications are:- DIETICIAN, HAIR EXPERT, NATURUPATH, ACCUPRESSURE THERAPIST, AROMATHERAPIST MAKE -UP ARTIST, EDUCATIONIST AND COSMOTOLOGIST . She possesses the International Vocational Qualification (CITY& GILDS) from London. In addition to this, she keeps conducting various workshops and seminars in India & abroad.
