These guys are crooks. They had been using my laptop for the past 6 months and giving me false commitment of fixing and delivering it every time I call them. The name of the person I was in touch with is Rajath and he is the most irresponsible and unprofessional person I have encountered. He has no professional ethics nor does he have any sense of talking. I EARNESTLY WARN YOU TO BE CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH THEM. IF POSSIBLE YOU AVOID DEALING WITH THEM.

Finest and Genuine service. Approached this RC IT Solutions, Banashankari for my HP Laptop repair and service, It was a keyboard issue.so I contacted this vendor, A technician came to my home and done the service, Their service was very professional and they have done the best work and execution of work was very nice. they replaced the keyboard in the laptop, Now the issue was cleared and the laptop is working fine. they charged me the nominal amount for that service, Overall, I am happy with the excellent service.

Took the service from this RC IT Solutions, Banashankari service center. For my Computer repair & services on Display issue. They did a good service. For the repair charge were I paid 800. I asked to the change, some spare parts on my computer but they don't have the parts. So I have the repair work only. Satisfactory service from them.

Perfect and professional service I got from these RC IT Solutions, Banashankari. My Dell laptop has some OS issue, so I have contacted this service center, They responded immediately. The technician came to the home and he did the service perfectly within a few hours. They have charged me around 1550 for service, Now my laptop was working well, I am so satisfied with their service.
