Raghu is very genuine engineer with an eye for quality. I have used his service to build my house and he has done an excellent job. Soft spoken and always available on call. I very strongly recommend Mr. Raghu and GD builders for your contracting requirements. I have also visited many of his site and all excellent quality construction.

I have purchased a Single BHK Apartment bearing No.77 Flat No F2 Krishna Nagar Iyyappanthangal Chennai-56 in the year 2017. You have agreed to finish the flat with in Six Month from the date of the Construction Agreement date of 9th February 2018 i.e.9 July 2018. Till date you have not handed over possession. Till date there has been 30% of the construction work only done. I have been vigorously following up for the handing over of the possession with you through phone calls, email and personal visits. No response from your end for my follow-ups. I have paid 98% of the value of the flat for which only 30% of the work only completed. It is needless to mention that you have failed to keep the commitment and lost the reputation. Due to delay in the project, am facing so much problems like mental stress, financial issues like paying interest for the loan to the bank on time.
