"I live in Yamuna Apartments, Devli, Khanpur. The best thing about these residential flats is the range of flats these people offer. I think there are more than 3 ranges of flats based on areas. There are mainly 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK flats that you can avail here. Two of my brother-in-laws have bought 3residential flats here. One of them being the 2 bHK flat and the other two are 3-BHK flats. One of my brother-in-law is a music producer. He changed a room into a studio. You know why? It?s because the rooms are acoustically isolated. You can?t here the noise of the outside when you?re inside the building. I think it proves that the builders have used proper practices and methods to make these flats. Had there been air pockets in the wall, there would?ve been structural problems. If you talk about the planning, you?ll notice the bedrooms are stuck together but are spacious. Arun Dev Builders have done an awesome job by making Yamuna Apartments near the famous Batra hospital.
