This company is a fraud... They don't bound to their commitments... We got the plot in EMI, But due to different geological migration... We thought of stopping it and getting back the amount... But no response... Every single penny got through hardwork was paid. If they are giving it back it really be a curse not only for them but to the generations... Injustice never prevail forever.

The concerned real estate company operates in Coimbatore and we the customer has bought plots in Gomangalampudhur near pollachi in EMI. still not done the registration or not returned our hard earned money. we were requesting the company MD for the last five years and not having any courtesy to reply at all. completely lost the trust and cheated our money.

They don't give us legal documents until we pay 1 lakh , when we ask for legal documents paying 1k token advance Mr.Ramesh would say pay another 10k ,when we pay that too he will say pay 1 lakh for legal documents,they doesn't know what is an survey number or what is an EC...beaware before paying
