They use platformS like housing com and nobroker com to commit the fake and fraudulant activities for money. the best example is A S Construction,Balaji enterprises and sejal enterprises in Ghansoli, Rabale, Airoli New Mumbai. The case against A S Construction under the IPC with reference of various platforms is going on. they show under construction and undeveloped properties to take advance money even the properties are not belongs to them. for refund they are giving bounce cheques (I have one). DONT TRUST THEM.

We 9 investors have successfully got refund of our money this year by Dec 2022. No NA has been done or will be done. Plots are sold under false promises. No Airport will ever be made in Purander. Those who wish to join me along with other 11 investors please call me at ninety-eight-fifty-sixty-four-sixty five- thirty two.. Things like plot development, NA of land and other promises are never fulfilled. We have initiated legal action. Feel free to join our group.

Aman developer Manoj Kumar singh is fraud Builder , He's intrustable ,he collected many people's money by fraudulent means & after taking all the money he is underground,many people are trying to take action by legal means,his plots are neither real nor legal . It's totally misleading that he is a reputed builder and it's false that Aman Developers is a trusted name. He is totally fraudulent & scammer.
