Worst. After complete booking Paid 9 installments. We talked they send me money receipts in my email and handed over hard copies. Not send any and still now give me any hard copies. I visit office also. not get anything. Thay again say they send all. still now they are not give any money receipts. Thay want now full payment without handed over any money receipts. I helpless now and stop my premiums. Beware from it.

DHARITRI INFRAVENTURE PVT LTD didn't make refund money to me like many homebuyers. I repeatedly demand for Refund amount about 5 Lacs but the developer ignored it. 2 years over after cancellation of the booking and demand for Refund Rupees but all in vain. Those are suffering from DHARITRI regarding refund money they can join the Suo-moto case filed by Electronics Complex PS at Bidhannagar Court. You may go to HC also. WBHIRA ordered to make refund money but the developer disobeyed it. So, upcoming WBRERA is not sufficient for this fraudster builder. Please be united against DHARITRI and filed cases to many Courts. Newcomers don't invest here a single penny. The developer is totally False and Fake. They are looting our hard-earned money. They use to cheat innocent homebuyers. The two Directors should be punished. They show their projects for trapping people. Actually its a big SCAM !! Beware !! I am cheated by DHARITRI and fighting for Refund amount. Sufferers must be united.

I currently live another apartment developed by "I Land Developer" in Baguiati. It's really a beautiful building with best services in totality. Customer satisfaction is their top priority for sure. Rooms are damn spacious and they provide you with all the modern facilities you must have not even thought off.. We do not have a single point wherein we can raise our concern, it was that beautiful experience..!! it's absolutely a city centered property wherein you are just a walk away from the shopping junctions as well..
