Hi All, Above comments are totally true, If you see any positive comments then consider it is from his relatives and friends. This person Dinesh, He used to eat and live in our hard earned money. I paid advance amount of 1 lakh for a plot. All he did was cheating. He did not dare to return the amount even after multiple follow ups. He forced us to raise a police complaint at Thalambur Police Station a month ago and agreed to pay the amount before 31 Dec 2023 with a written note. Till date there is no update. It looks like he does not have any response or respect over the police department as well, If so he would have given the amount that he cheated. Moreover, he will not contact us until we call him for the money that we have lost because of him. Everytime you ask for money he will give lame excuses and reasons that won’t even a primary kid will give. Please don’t buy any property in Kiwi homes with your hard earned money or if you do not want to suffer.
