It's worth approaching them for parcel and delivery of big goods but I found the price little expensive apart from that the service and communication is all good.

Through Sulekha I choose this Real Packers & Movers to shift my few household things from Chennai to Hyderabad, they came & shifted the items perfectly without any issue & even they provide 15% insurance, for the service I paid them 7900 it was a reasonable price, overall I am satisfied with the service.

I am having the worst experience ever in transportation with them . My things were packed on 19th may 2017 from chennai . They took the full payment in advance of Rs 18k . My things were supposed to go to teo places . Household item to bilaspur and office stuffs to jaipur . They told me all the things will be fine and will reach your place within a week . Handling of goods were pathetic . I lost items worth rs 10k and till now they havent given me anythg back from the insurance i claimed . And the most funny thing is that my jaipur stuff havent reached yet . Its been 3 weeks . I call them daily , either they dint pick or say it will be done tomorrow maam which never comes . The guy jogendra , talks rude and threaten always to make the things disappear. Today also i called him to ask the statis of the things and he just shouted and hung up the call . He asks for extra money to get things deliver .Even for the bilaspur products , unloading was pathetic . Half things misplaced and broke

Real Packers and Movers are the Most pathetic transporters i have ever encountered. They have shown me nightmare when i shifted by goods from Chennai to Bhubaneswar. They took full money in advance and they dont respond when i call up from Bhubaneswar. Espcially, J K Choudhary is the worst who does not have courtesy to call back. My advice to all is DONT EVER TRY REAL PACKERS AND MOVERS SIMILARLY THEY HAVE ANOTHER SISTER CONCERN TRANSWORLD PACKERS. SO MY ADVICE IS DON'T TRY THESE TWO COMPANIES FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION.
