Never buy any product from this store. At the time of purchase they will tell you that since this is samsung store you will get best and prompt service versus other stores but its a false promise, dont fall for it. Infact may be people from other store might be more helpful but not this one. I was dealing with Mr. Bhavik in this store and he has no sense of responsibility and will give excuses after excuses. Best part is he will fool you and will then say that you are not understanding. In case you have an issue right after delivery, you should directly call Samsung Call center because store people can do nothing after delivery is done. Even 5 year support which you get if you buy from this store is only a marketing gimmick. They dont provide any support. I bought Rs. 71000 fridge, it gave me problem right after it got delivered. I kept following up with the store representative and he didnt write my complain at the first instance but kept giving false promise that someone will visit.

The shop service was customer friendly and they had a varied collection of Refrigerator brands with them and they were cooperative with the customer's responsibility.cost of the fridge was very nominal only. Their response and communication were good. I am satisfied with the purchase of this dealer.
