Poor sales and marketing.. Poor service.. Careless delivery with high charges... Sometimes deliver u dented product... Wrong billing of product... Less warranty guarantee compared with manufacturer.. High price compared with other shops Salesman dealing with customer is very rough Less cooperative once buy a product. Worst experience sharing after buy sony hd tv..hitachi 1.5ton ac..1bajaj food processor...1refrigrator...please inse sambhal ke deal kijiye...i hope ki bakiyon ka experience acha rahe...i prefer not to buy.

Worst customer service and no clarity on product and associated costs is provided pre-purchase. They keep it as a surprise element until you pay them. Additionally no one picks up the phone at their showroom once a product is sold. Not recommend anyone to buy from them. Reliance digital and Vijay Sales are miles apart as compared to their 3rd grade customer service.
