Not providing the service even after purchase of ResQ warrenty for additional 3 years. Dont buy any products at this palce if you want peace in your life. Not even picking the calls. At the time of purchase they promise everything and reality is different. My refregerator kept idle in power off mode for 10days as of now donno how much more time it takes me to power on my refrigerator. Service is very very dissappointing.

Worest service I took so many items like AC, hometeater, geyser, mixer grinder, wall fan, seeling fan, cooler, washing machine, refrigerater. Etc but he will take more money and with in one year will get repair. Really unsatisfied, I doubt if I'm actually dealing with the Samsung company. Taken a refrigerator a month back, a week after installing rises a problem, so placed request for replacement which gets approved after 3 visits from their so called authorities assuring me 1 week time for replacement. And a month goes away, no one to contact and respond. Whenever I give a call, just one answer I get... your request is in process.. Is this what we as customers are expecting Look into the matter immediately and take action -Samsung.

I have a plan to purchase a new Double door LG Refrigerator for that I contacted so many Agencies out of them, I got the best response from this vendor only. The cost was I paid 31000. They have given a one year warranty for the product. They did a free door delivery also. I am, I am happy to share my experience with their vendors.
