The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability. NATA has online as well as offline test with equal weightage (total 200 marks, 100 marks each) online test requires you to answer total 40 questions within 30 seconds each. Offline test tests your skills in 2D drawing, 3D drawing and memory drawing. NATA is a very widely accepted entrance test in Maharashtra, considered by almost all the institutes of Architecture. 10+2 students from any background can pursue NATA provided they studied maths and secured more than 50% aggregate. NATA scorecard is valid for two years. Duration & Stages of Courses The duration of architecture course is five academic years or 10 semesters of approximately 16 working weeks: each inclusive of 6 months/1 semesters of approximately 16 working weeks of practical training after the 1st stage in professional office The architecture course is conducted in 2 stages: The 1st three academic years/ six semesters of approximately 16 working weeks, each of the course shall be a primary standard course The 2nd stage shall be of two years/ four semesters of approximately 16 working weeks Both the steps need to be completed to qualify for registration
