They are having useless staff and technicians who don't have basic knowledge about the RO, they only knows is charging higher rates for their unbranded products, as they charged RO Filter tap @ Rs. 450/-

RO Care India is a Fraudulent organization which do not honor its AMC and if you call them in 12th month they do not come and if come they charge for everything. AMC clearly tell 12 month but they stop honoring after 11 month. It is like a health insurance company deny your hospitalization in 12th month saying in 12-month policy we only cover for 11 month. Just highly unethical behavior and very rude call center staff.

They are cheaters, they came to repair my kent water purifier, they were forcing me to change all filters inside, I denied that as I had changed all filters just few months back.. Still they changed one filter for Rs. 450 and changed smps and charged me Rs. 1250 for smps and Rs. 300 service charges.. after they left when I checked the cost of smps on kent site, same smps is available for Rs. 935 (mrp).. they took Rs. 300+ extra on one part. they are frauds, dont call them to repair anything.. they are good for nothing.
