"I got a good response and service from this Om Sai Sales & Services, Bhayander East. I was looking for service for my Aquaguard UV type Water purifier because of not working properly so contacted them. They responded quickly and one technician came to check the issue. He replaced with 2 water filter coils within 45 minutes and now its working fine. He was charged me Rs.1150 with including service charge, which is very reasonable only. I am satisfied with their service."

DO NOT CALL them. First of all -forced us to change the filter - during a regular servicing. The filter costs 8000. We have no way to know if the technician was lying or we really needed to change it. After the servicing,the red light indicator on the filter had come on, and we asked him why, he said it will go away on its own from ‘the back end’. Lie. Since we couldn’t use the filter we let it go. They remained unresponsive for 5 days, and finally when he came to replace the filter, it took him hours, and many phonecalls asking for instructions, but he couldn’t reset the filter. After a lot of arguing, since they had already taken the money and refused to refund, we agreed to see if it works, and if not, we were reassured that they would come back in 2 days to either fix it, or provide a refund. Their number has been not reachable for the last one week. Using another number, when we reached them today, Shekhar himself said ‘I’ll see’. The filter is not working since the technician.

Wrist services at the time of purchase the AMC they will giving assurance with they will instant resolve your issue .But when my water filter was likage that time i called them around 10/15 time no one is picking the phone .Sunil yadav took 5000 rs for AMC now not ready to provide the service.Wrost service request you all don't go with Active care water solutions.As customer you will lost your money .
