Though the rooms are good but the customer experience is very bad. The manager Mr Pandiyan is a crooked fellow. He talks sweetly initially to get you into the hotel and after that he will charge you for every little thing. Not that he is ready to bargain for less. We stayed couple of hours extra. Though I could have paid extra money for it, but the language he used was very bad. NEVER NEVER stay here. There are better hotels at cheaper price in Trichy.
