We had reached out to Jawad for roofing services through Sulekha. When we spoke with him regarding the work, he behaved very politely and professionally. He asked for Rs 5000 as advance, and the same was paid to him. The work took almost four days. Once work was done on the 4th day, he asked for the balance amount, which we had paid as agreed. They had told us to check the work after 1 day for any leakage problem. So we saw water leakage in many places and called him back to check with him regarding the issue, and he told us to share videos of the leakage problem. Initially, he received the calls but kept delaying sending his worker to fix the issue. Later he even stopped receiving the calls, and if he receives the calls, he lied, saying that Jawad is not available. Keep giving an excuse. ? Please note that Jawad is not a professional and doesn't have any work ethics. So I don't recommend him for the above-mentioned services which he offers.
