SLegal, is formed by Sujatha Subramanian, graduate of the prestigious National Law School of India University, to provide specialized and distinct legal services to companies, business owners and individuals at a reasonable cost. Sujatha Subramanian earned her B.A. LLB. (Hons) degree from the premier law school of India, National Law School of India University, Bangalore, in 2003, and is a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka, India.  She is experienced in international law, Indian laws and Kuwait law. Her international experience includes working with the leading law firms and corporations in the Unites States through a global legal services outsourcing organization.  She has been trained by Am100 US law firm in advanced legal writing and has about 10 years’ experience in drafting legal documents for US, UK and Indian law firms.  In Kuwait, she practiced general corporation and commercial laws, labor laws, M&A’s and corporate transactions.  She possesses good understanding of law, positive attitude, good command over English language, and excellent legal and analytical skills.  SLegal works extensively with startups and smaller businesses, and provides a wide range of corporate and commercial advisory and drafting including structuring businesses, drafting and negotiating investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and providing advisory from time to time during the lifetime of a business. SLegal provides comprehensive support with respect to employment matters including employment contracts, severance agreements, settlements, internal policies etc., and addresses any other general legal queries that you may have from time to time.
