1. It took a few calls before someone came for estimation<br/>2. For packing, the guys came as agreed.<br/>3. Packing materials...there seems to be no 'standard', I had to tell them to use appropriate material to protect breakable items.<br/>4. Advance of Rs. 500 .. I forgot to adjust while making the payment. Neither the guy volunteered to point out, nor return the money. I have called them to return, or deposit it in my bank account. I would have been happy if the person who took the money had returned the excess on his own !!
