Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Fraud company. I have booked them for transporting my luggage from Ambarnath to Jabalpur. He had promised us a closed container. I have paid for insurance for my luggage also. But he gave us simple open truck covered with tarpoline. He changed truck for 3 times with all our luggage shifted from one truck to another. When the truck reached at Jabalpur, we received many of our items in damaged condition including our Sony TV 55 inch, cupboard, sofa, bed, sewing machine. I will suggest that never ever book from them. There are many transporters who give better services at lesser cost than them. They have not even insured our luggage even after paying them the amount for insurance. They have damaged many items during transit.
