Pathetic service. Full of lies. I wish we had seen reviews before going there. Delivery delayed by 3-4 weeks even after paying 100 percent advance. The owner Karan will give false promises and then will cut phone and keep your number on busy. Sales team Sowmya and Pasha are next level, will say stuff is loaded in delivery vehicle but vehicle dosent reach your location even after 5 days in same city. Then it is said owner had instructed us to say so. Apparently they are NOT offical distrbutor of Kajaria anymore. Simpolo also stopped giving them tiles as they are defaulting on payment to suppliers. Please avoid, even Kajaria said pls dont visit them. It was a nightmare to deal with them.

They are cheaters , they will take advances that also 100% payment in advance and will make you run behind them . Just avoid this place. Don't get into their trap.
