I booked a flat in Thakur Galaxy Boisar through Sandeep Property, i was been told to make token amount of Rs 11000/- and was insure by Pooja Pandey that, incase of any issue if deal get cancelled they will refund my token, i wasted my 2 months but i got issues on loan approval from other banks, more 2 month got wasted coz lockdown, now coz of Pandemic situiation and bad financial condition i am not able to go ahead, now they are not willing to refund my token. also Sandeep propery never told me that you will feel lots of Pollution and smell due to factory nearby, I WOULD SUGGEST BECAREFUL BEFORE GIVING TOKEN AND TAKE IN WRITTEN WHATEVER SANDEEP PROPERY CONVEY YOU. 1
