Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff...rekha applied hair color (loreal) and left it on for more than an hour whereas hair color is only to be kept for 30-45 mins...same way applied detan pack and left it for an hour and started doing my full body wax...when i asked hair color to be washed and detan pack to be removed after almost 1 hr 10 mins rekha and nandini started making faces, gossiping and commenting on us...also full body wax and threading was not done properly even after showing multiple places where hair was not picked up....all options in facial packs given in pamphlet were not available...while doing facial she could not remove the peel and so she washed it. All in all terrible experience and would not recommend at all.

Neat place . THe have a special aroma iol massage and charges are very nominal. The oil massage really rejuvantes your body.
