Can't expect any help or support, brokerage charges 1 month rent is just for showing the flat. He asked separate charges(double of actual charges) to prepare the agreement. House had so many issues related to plumbing and furniture and cleaning, despite asking for repairs and cleaning multiple times before shifting. Asked for help to shift the luggage once and were charged more than tripple the reasonable amount.
