Saravana Electronics

Not satisfied with this Saravana Electronics, Ganapathy. They came to my home and took my Philips Standard television to their service center. There was a power supply issue, so that the tv was not working. they did not informed me about the exact issue on the replacement parts on television. They took 10 days for the repairing. now also the on/off switch is not working properly and there was a flickering in the tv and regarding this I informed him, but he said that it can be sorted some other time. I paid 1000 for their service. overall, I got an unsatisfied service from this vendor.

My Sony Home theatre had a System not working issue. So I contacted this Saravana Electronics, Ganapathy. I got responses from this service center. They came to my home and took my home theater to their center. they returned the theater states that it cannot be resolved out and the visiting charge was taken care of by my husband. They told the remote will return within two days, but they did not give it.so, I got an average service from this provider.

Good response I have received from Saravana Electronics, Ganapathy. For my A.O.Smith Water heater repair & services I contacted them. The technician came and check the water heater. He told to change the sensor in the water heater but the senor part was not available with them and he searched in the market also but it was not there. So I paid around 200 only for the visiting charge. Overall I'm satisfied with their response.

Ordinary service I got from Saravana Electronics Ganapathy, Coimbatore. My Sharp Microwave oven was some display issue. The service vendor took my oven to their service centre for the service, but after a few days when I called them, They did not respond to my calls. After four days they delivered my oven. Even now it is not working. I paid 200 for their service. Overall they provided me with average service.

Good service from Saravana Electronics. I have contacted him for a Water heater repairing service. There was some coil issue, the technician responded well and came immediately. He has changed the coil of the heater and charged Rs. 1800 for coil and Rs. 350 service charge. Now, it is working good, I am happy with the service.
