Very very very bad delivery service. I bought 5-6 home appliances from Sargam Model town, New Delhi so far. Each of them took 4-6 days in delivery. They promise 1 day delivery before purchase. And once you paid your amount the forget about you. The delivery centre behaves irresponsibly and says "i can't deliver now you have to wait one or two days". And finally they took 5-6 days. During that period , you will be on fire and regret youself for buying item from Sargam. Worst service in India by any electronic shop.

Purchased IFB brand Split AC for Home Use from Sargam Electronics Model Town, Delhi. They charged me the reasonable price. This store is very nice and the staffs are supportive and well responsive. I like their service and I am happy and satisfied with their services and products.
