saugaat doesnt know how to deal with customers..some stupid lady picks up the phone but does not tell the price of refrigerator and disconnects telling she doesnt have time..bullshit

I have purchased Voltas AC from Saugaat electronics Ambala. <br/><br/>But did not get the complete kit under the boxes, which di'nt have the Remote control and necessary wiring required for installation. <br/>When I ask for the remote, firstly they told me it was company's fault, after so much of convincing they provide me a old remote control.<br/><br/>Secondly for installation they have charged thousand rs from me, but installation will take place two days after dozens of calls.<br/><br/>Really Bad Deal I ever had...... Never recommend any kind of shopping from them.
