Training and All Security Solution ,Security Responsibilities: Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons, or unusual occurrences. Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during nonbusiness hours Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering. Housekeeper Responsibilities: Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment(ie. fire extinguisher, switch boards, etc.) and making sure there are no inadequacies. Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate. WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOUR SIDE : Minimum number of personnel required to provide most efficient facility arrangements. Points in your premises which need extra vigilance and care. Facility measures to be observed keeping into the consideration systems and operations at your premises Suitable location of fire fighting points and fire fighting equipments /fire fighting arrangements. WHAT WE ENSURE FROM OUR SIDE : We will be submitting monthly facility report from our management to your organisation of the progress of our staff and also the premises of the client of the concerned month. We supervise the field staff directly to make sure that they tender efficient services to our clients. We conduct the weekly parade to our staff at their respective units. In parade we deliver the lectures on fire fighting , first aid and building maintenance as per clients instructions and demonstrate the same. We discuss the performance of the security personnel and pass the necessary instructions for smooth and efficient functioning of the unit. A fire mock drill and safety measures and necessary requirements to safe guard your premises for our security staff in front of your representative will be done by our Manager. There will be a surprise night visit to check the security functioning after the mid night once in a week from our side. Performance Evaluation Service Level Agreements (SLA) VFMS team will initially be deployed with client team to fully understand the nature of operations and also the requirements for production areas. This parallel operation will ensure that our team is fully aware of the operational requirements of client and help in smooth transition. Once the facility is taken over by VFMS and after 3 months of successful operation of the facility, we can jointly discuss and mutually agree upon the various parameters for service level agreements which can be utilised by client to evaluate and measure our performance.
