it is a fraud center.need to check with sulekha how they have hired them or partnered them.Took service from them for our OTG and within a week,we encountered the same problem.Trying to contact them for about 10 days but still they didn't turn out.The service was done by Prem.. Hope Sulekha will do the needful to get back our money or to get our otg serviced
