The worst service I have ever got. I shifted from goa to jalgaon Maharashtra. I paid them fully. But my luggage is not reached. They didn't even respond and respect to the customers. Also they lied about the luggage

I have got the reference from one of my friend and i contacted MANOHAR(owner/agent) for moving my goods(Household and Car) from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. The items were picked up on June 7th, 2020. Till date (Sep 2, 2020) , I haven;t received delivery of my Household items. Car was delivered June 20, 2020 after exerting so much pressure but not before the CAR was used for commercial purposes. The car had damages in the front mudguard and alloy wheel was scratched and the right side bonnet had dents. Car also had extra miles of 1000Kms and my GPS location tracked the car to West Bengal. So the car which was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days took 15 days and now you know the reason why. Things I got to know: 1. I have shifted my residence from Goa to Mumbai through Sharma Roadways Packers Movers, Bethora Ponda, they have sent 2 persons to load and have taken one day to shift and have charged me Rs11000 and Rs.3000 as insurance total Rs.14000, the service provided by them was average as they have delayed the shifting by three hours and no proper communication was given by them.
