"Amazing & quick response from "Saikat Kirtania". I contacted them for washing machine repair, It was semi-automatic Godrej machine. They have come for the doorstep service and look out the machine The machine has the motor issue and the motor is not rolling. They have charged Rs 150 for service which is a good price. But the technician told me that have to replace the motor and the motor cost at a high price in that cost I would have to buy a new machine itself so I didn't change the motor. Otherwise, the service from them is very good."
